About Flame Depot

Flame Depot is the online parts desk for licensed fireplace technicians in Ottawa and across Canada. We help installers and homeowners find genuine venting, pilots, valves, and controls — with human fitment review before you buy.

Our DirectVent Pro catalog is sourced through National Energy Equipment (NEE) with list (MSRP) pricing in CAD. Every order ships from Ottawa, ON. Calgary pickup can be enabled when inventory is confirmed.
